All bookings made through Pattaya Travel Mart are subject to the following terms and conditions. By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Pattaya Travel Mart reserves the right to update, modify, or remove any terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply immediately upon booking. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination of services on www.pattayatravelmart.com.
1. Pricing Prices on our website or promotional materials vary based on services. Hotel rates are quoted per room per night. Tour prices are per person for SIC basis and will reflect total guests for private bookings. Prices exclude visa fees, personal expenses, gratuities, and other charges unless stated. Prices may change due to supplier cost adjustments. Third party attractions must not be sold below official entrance rates. Discounts can only be applied when bundled with other services, and final rates must not fall below gate prices.
2. Mode of Payment Payments can be made using valid credit or debit cards including American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Diners Club, and Visa.
3. Payment Confirmation Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number and voucher. This voucher serves as proof of payment. You should print or save it for reference.
4. Disclaimer of Liability Pattaya Travel Mart makes every effort to ensure accurate and updated information on the website. If you find any incorrect details, please contact us via email or website chat for correction.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of website content. Information may change at any time without notice. 5. No Show Policy No refunds will be provided for unused services, either partially or in full. This applies to all tours, transfers, and related services.
6. Cancellation Process To cancel a booking, you must submit a request through the website and send a written email. Once received, we will confirm the cancellation along with any applicable charges. Pattaya Travel Mart is not responsible for delays in receiving cancellation requests.
7. Guest Refund Policy Refunds are subject to the terms stated on the booking voucher and supplier policies.
Tickets are non transferable and non refundable.
No refunds for unused or partially used services. No refunds for no shows or late arrivals.
Some third party services may have separate non refundable policies, which will be shared during booking.
Refunds require prior written approval from Pattaya Travel Mart. All decisions are final and binding.
8. Cancellation Policy Changes or cancellations depend on the specific tour and supplier terms. Some bookings may not allow changes or cancellations. You must comply with the applicable policy for each service.
9. Accommodation, Check in and Check out Policy Check in and check out times vary by hotel. You should verify directly with the hotel. Pattaya Travel Mart is not responsible for early or late check in or check out requests. You may submit special requests during booking, but all requests are subject to availability.
10. Website Usage All content on the Pattaya Travel Mart website including images, descriptions, pricing, and branding is owned by Pattaya Travel Mart. You may view or print content for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or misuse of content is strictly prohibited.
