Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Supplier Policy Compliance Each service provider has its own cancellation and refund policy. Pattaya Travel Mart follows the respective supplier’s policy for every booking. All refunds will be processed only through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
2. Refund Policy and Process Bookings that qualify for a refund as per the applicable cancellation policy will be processed accordingly. Approved refunds will be issued within 15 working days from the date of the cancellation request, after deducting applicable payment gateway processing fees.
