Term & Condition of Using Payment Gateway

1. Authorization for Payment If you choose to pay online through the payment gateway using a debit card, credit card, or net banking, you confirm that you have the authorization of the cardholder or account holder if you are not the owner.
2. Payment Failure If the payment is not completed for any reason, you must deposit the amount into our bank account within 24 hours. If payment is not received within this time, the booking will be cancelled and any rebooking will be subject to availability.
3. Transaction Verification If our risk management team identifies a transaction as suspicious, we may need to verify the cardholder before processing the payment. You may be asked to provide identification and a front copy of the credit card. If you do not provide the required documents within the given time, your booking will be cancelled.
4. Failed Booking and Refund Bookings may fail due to technical issues or lack of availability when using online payment methods. In such cases, Pattaya Travel Mart will refund the full amount to the original payment method within 24 working hours.
5. Transaction Processing Fee A transaction processing fee will be applied when using the payment gateway. This fee is non refundable, even if the transaction is cancelled.
6. Refund Policy If a booking is cancelled by the user or fails due to technical issues, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. In case of user initiated cancellations, applicable cancellation charges and refund processing fees will apply.
